Registered Nurse New

Black Owl Recruiting is searching for a reliable and compassionate LHCSA Field RN for a very reputable client in New York. This will be a direct hire/permanent placement. The home care nurse’s responsibilities include performing patient visits and monitoring their conditions, conducting tests, and writing reports for the physician. You should be able to address all the caregivers’ concerns and make appropriate adjustments to the patients’ in-home management plan. The region of work is Brooklyn AND Queens.

To be successful as a LHCSA Nurse, you should be a nurturing individual who can handle a wide range of tasks without being squeamish. Outstanding candidates possess the mental strength and resilience to care for patients and are also able to provide emotional support to family members if required.

LHCSA Field Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Assess patient at start of care to develop a plan of care
• Initiates Plan-of-Care and makes necessary changes as patient's needs evolve
• Evaluates patients in their homes
• Instructs and advise patients and/or families as well as the home health aides in their care
• Reassess patients every six months to determine any condition change as well as supervise the home health aide to ensure proper care

• NYS RN License
• UAS experience preferred.
• Must have own vehicle to travel to patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $113,000.00 per year
