Job Details

Looking to hire a Queens based RN with BSN degree with 5+ years relevant hospice or palliative care experience to work in the role of a Hospice RN Team Leader supporting the Hospice Nurse Manager in providing leadership guidance to the professional staff on a day-to-day basis to ensure the provision of Hospice and Palliative Care services are consistent with the philosophy, goals, and policies of the program.

Mentors and provides leadership direction to the professional staff as directed by the Hospice Nurse Manager.

Territory QUEENS - Field based

Work Schedule Monday thru Friday 830 am to 5 pm

The schedule includes working one weekend per month and functioning in a backup On Call capacity 2-3 times per month and 2-3 holidays per year.
